Dragon fruit is one of the most vibrant and surprising fruits I’ve ever seen! I bought one randomly and it kept changing colors the couple of days it sat on my counter. Then I cut it open and it changed even more to vibrant hot pinks and lime greens. It inspired me to challenge myself with a pattern including colors that I normally wouldn’t pick.
